4) WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

SHIPPING CHARGES DEPEND ON LOCATION OF DELIVERY. IT USUALLY GOES UP TO 60-70 RUPEES PER PACKAGE (THE DELIVERY CHARGES ALSO DEPEND ON WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE). BUT WE CHARGE 50 RS PER PACKAGE IN KARNATAKA AND IN OTHER STATES IT IS 80 RS.

5) HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL?

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER. THE PAYMENT STATUS WILL ALSO BE SHOWN ON THE ORDER PAGE. PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE IF THERE IS ANY CLARIFICATION NEEDED ON THE PURCHASE MADE.

6) IS TRACKING ON SHIPPING POSSIBLE?

IT DEPENDS ON THE PIN CODE. WITHIN KARNATAKA IT USUALLY TAKES 2-4DAYS AND OUTSIDE KARNATAKA 2-8DAYS.

10) CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE ONLY IN THE CASE OF EXCHANGE. CUSTOMER HAS TO REQUEST FOR RETURN WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY BY CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE. WE WILL PROVIDE THE COUPON WITH THE ORDER AMOUNT WITH WHICH YOU CAN PURSUE WITH THE PURCHASE OF NEW ORDER.
